Steps to get a Medical Marijuana Card

1. Check to make sure your illness is covered under the "Debilitating Medical Condition" link under FAQs & Defintions.

2. If you already have a family physician or other medical practitioner that you are comfortable discussing your situation with, it is best that they evaluate and write your Medical Marijuana Prescription if necessary.

3. If step 2 isn't an option, we offer a clinic every week with doctors that support treatment of medical conditions with Medical Marijuana and the clinic will allow you to complete the entire process all at once. The cost is approximately $300 (fees include doctor, notary, State fee, mailing, etc.)

4. If you have chosen step 2, you can contact us and we will help you through the final steps of the process to submit to the State and you will immediately be able to enjoy relief from your condition.
